Do YOU know someone extraordinary who has inspired and empowered others this past year?
We have all met her. She’s got it all together on her own terms. She’s built a business through love and passion; hard work and late nights.
She’s inspired us to follow our dreams, and she’s been there to help when we need an ear, or a shoulder to cry on. We want to be like her, and we want to honor her.
Nominate the Entrepreneur who has inspired you. Deadline for nominations December 1, 2009.
I would like to nominate Holly Bohn (owner of See Jane Work) for the 2010 Golden Stiletto Award. Through a very difficult economy she has continued to stay positive and inspire her staff to come up with creative and inventive ways to keep business going. Even through this tough last year she has made an effort to share her success and knowledge with anyone who needed or asked for her help.
She is the most intelligent business person I know and has never been afraid to get her hands dirty. She has faced every challenge head on and uses a strict moral guideline in her business dealings (and this is a hard thing to come by these days).
On top of it all she is simply a kind and caring person. She treats staff and clients all the same… with respect and kindness. It makes coming to work very enjoyable.
I think she deserves a Golden Stiletto Award and is definitely a great role model for business women everywhere.
